Why it is the first duty of GBC and leadership to maintain the devotees in the highest standard of Krishna consciousness and encourage study of the philosophy.
Educating Devotees & Daily Study In Classes
You mention you like to speak now very often, but the first business should be to preach to the devotees. It is better to maintain a devotee than to try to convince others to become devotees.
It is the GBC's duty to keep devotees in the highest standard, train them, and then let them go out and preach. Your first job is to ensure every devotee is reading our literature, discussing it, and absorbing the knowledge. Train them in morning classes, reading one sloka each morning in Sanskrit, reciting it altogether, and discussing it thoroughly.

Preachers Must Know the Philosophy
If they are fully educated in our philosophy, they will easily perform tapasya (renunciation) and advance. Don't be too concerned with nondevotees for now; fix up the devotees we have in knowledge. What good are many devotees if none of them are knowledgeable?
One who represents someone else must fully know that person's mission. Preachers must know the philosophy of Krishna consciousness so as not to be embarrassed and insulted when they preach.
